Is Harold Fannin playing today? Browns TE injury news sets up fantasy lineup decisions image

Harold Fannin Jr. Popped up on the injury report on Friday.

It's not what the Cleveland Browns or any of Fannin's fantasy football managers wanted to see for Week 17. The rookie was listed as questionable.

Then on Saturday, the Browns promoted TE Sal Canella from the practice squad, which didn't seem a good signal for Fannin.

But then by Saturday night, things were looking up again.

Is Harold Fannin playing today?

Yes, the expectation is that Fannin will be active and play on Sunday.

ESPN's Adam Schefter posted on X that Fannin will be "a full go" for Sunday's matchup with the Steelers.

David Njoku is already out, so Fannin should be the Browns' top passing game option for the matchup with the Steelers.

Fannin has already set the Browns' single-season rookie receptions record. He'll get a chance to add to that as Cleveland tries to play spoiler to the Steelers.
