Fantasy start or sit Week 16: Quinshon Judkins, Dalton Kincaid, Khalil Shakir image

The Cleveland Browns will host the Buffalo Bills in Week 16 on Sunday and running back Quinshon Judkins, wide receiver Khalil Shakir and tight end Dalton Kincaid are all suiting up.

Kincaid was the only concern injury-wise this week, as he was on the injury report with a knee issue.

But Kincaid was able to turn in a full practice on Friday and has been removed from the injury report, so he's good to go.

Now, some fantasy football start or sit advice for Kincaid, Shakir and Judkins in Week 16.

Quinshon Judkins start or sit advice

Once a set-and-forget option, Judkins has hit the skids in recent weeks, tallying just 26 carries for 47 yards and no touchdowns while adding four catches for 54 yards.

But this is a get-right spot for Judkins, who squares off against a Bills defense giving up the fifth-most fantasy points per contest to running backs.

Wind gusts will be a factor in this contest, so that could lead to more work for the Browns rusher, which only adds to the optimism for starting him this week.

Verdict: Start

Dalton Kincaid start or sit advice

Kincaid enters Week 16 ranked as TE10 overall in fantasy points per game, so he's an every-week starting option in 10-team leagues.

The high winds are a concern, as is the fact that Kincaid ranks as TE13 overall in the last two games since he returned from injury.

But with the tight end pool being so shallow, you'll be hard-pressed to find a better option on the waiver wire.

Verdict: Start

Khalil Shakir start or sit advice

It has been a disappointing season for Shakir, who enters Sunday's contest as the No. 32 wide receiver in fantasy.

Things have been even worse over the previous three weeks, with the Bills wideout posting production that ranks him as WR55 overall in fantasy points per game in that span.

With his lackluster production of late, and with a tough matchup against a Browns defense surrendering the ninth-fewest fantasy points per game to wide receivers in 2025, we can't suggest Shakir as a starting option in Week 16.

Verdict: Sit
