ESPN expert predicts shocking result in Browns vs. Bears in Week 15 image

By one measure, the Chicago Bears have everything to play for on Sunday, while the Cleveland Browns have nothing to play for.

Of course, it's never that simple. The Browns' young players want to prove themselves in the NFL, and if that means they get to play spoiler to some of the Bears' chances, they'd love to do so.

Shedeur Sanders and company visit Chicago for a game that's expected to have a real-feel temperature of below zero.

So what's going to happen?

Well, there might be a shock in the works.

ESPN's Ben Solak predicted on Saturday that the Browns will pull off a low-scoring upset.

"The Browns' run defense leads the league in success rate, and it has the capacity to force the Bears into a game script they haven't seen in months: one with a lot of third-and-longs," Solak writes. "With bitter cold weather in Chicago and wide receiver Rome Odunze limited in practice this week, the Bears' passing attack won't be able to sustain a big day if the running game disappears. This could be a 10-6 type of win for the Browns."

Cleveland couldn't quite pull out a wild, intense game a week ago against the Tennessee Titans. But playing in that 31-29 defeat could prove helpful for the Browns to know how to handle a close game this week.

Sanders has improved as he has continued to play. On this day, he might just spend a lot of time handing off to RB Quinshon Judkins. That wouldn't be a bad recipe to pulling off the upset.
