The Cleveland Browns have an injury concern with quarterback Dillon Gabriel in the third quarter of the Week 11 game against the Baltimore Ravens.
Gabriel exited the game versus the Ravens as he's being evaluated for a head injury in the third quarter and has now been replaced by fellow rookie Shedeur Sanders, who is making his NFL debut after not taking a snap since the preseason.

UPDATE: Gabriel has been ruled out for the rest of the game with a concussion. It's all Shedeur the rest of the way.
As previously mentioned, Gabriel is being evaluated for a concussion.

Sanders' first drive saw him complete two passes for 12 yards, but a penalty and fumble on third-and-long forced the Browns to punt.
