It feels like since the moment Shedeur Sanders was drafted in the fifth round by the Cleveland Browns, there's been speculation about his actual future in the NFL.
Was he a cut candidate? Is he a trade candidate? Where will this former Colorado star QB end up?

One misleading headline this week seems to have fans scouring Google to determine whether Sanders was traded. We've got the answer here.

Did the Browns trade Shedeur Sanders?
No, the Cleveland Browns have not traded Shedeur Sanders anywhere.
One circulating headline reads, "Shedeur Sanders traded to the Carolina Panthers."
Um, not true.
Sanders remains one of three quarterbacks on the Browns' active roster, behind Joe Flacco and Dillon Gabriel.

The rookie served as the emergency QB in game one against the Cincinnati Bengals, meaning he could've only played if both Flacco and Gabriel got hurt.
The Browns have zero incentive to trade Sanders, who they've spent the summer standing by and developing.
Maybe his NFL future still has some twists and turns to come.
But right now, Sanders is in Cleveland, and he isn't going anywhere.
