The Cleveland Browns suffered a one-sided loss to the Detroit Lions in Week 4, as the offense continued to take steps forward.
Joe Flacco threw for just 184 yards and two interceptions and Cleveland once again failed to score 20 points. This also marks the second consecutive game in which Cleveland scored just 10 points. Additionally, they lost one of their starting pass-catchers to injury.
Cedric Tillman suffered a hamstring injury, which has landed him on injured reserve. Now, the Browns are signing a pair of receivers, including former Jets third-round pick Malachi Corley.
"The Browns placed WR Cedric Tillman on injured reserve and signed WRs Malachi Corley and Gage Larvadain to the active roster," Tom Pelissero reports.
Corley had just three receptions in his rookie season with the Jets, and his most notable play was dropping the ball before crossing the goal line against the Houston Texans. The Browns will travel to London this week to get set for their Week 5 matchup against the Minnesota Vikings.
