The Cleveland Browns are gearing up for their second matchup of the season against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Cleveland lost the first matchup 23-9 in a game where the result was never in doubt. However, the Browns have won the last three games against the Steelers in Cleveland, and would love to play spoiler to their rivals' AFC North title hopes.

If the Baltimore Ravens defeat the Green Bay Packers on Saturday, the Steelers would need to defeat Cleveland in order to clinch the division before Week 18. If the Browns beat Pittsburgh, the Week 18 matchup between Pittsburgh and Baltimore will be with the division on the line.

Ahead of the Week 17 tilt, though, the Browns are signing a former Steelers offensive lineman.

"[The] Browns signed OL Kendrick Green to their active roster off Buffalo’s practice squad," Adam Schefter reports.

The Steelers drafted Green in the third round out of Illinois in the 2021 NFL Draft. He started 15 games as a rookie, but didn't play a snap in 2022 before being sent to the Houston Texans

The Steelers will be without star receiver DK Metcalf in Week 17, as he was suspended for two games for his confrontation with a fan in Pittsburgh's win over the Detroit Lions in Week 16.

Myles Garrett is one sack away from setting a new single-season record for sacks in a season, and Browns fans would love nothing more than to see him to it against their arch rival.
