The Cleveland Browns have made a few quarterback changes this season, and for their Week 12 matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders, another such change was made.

Shedeur Sanders is thrust into the starting lineup thanks to Dillon Gabriel missing the Week 12 matchup due to a concussion. This is Sanders' first start in the NFL, and his best chance to make a statement to the league.

In this matchup against the Raiders, Jay Glazer of Fox Sports NFL reports that the Browns are going to run a "completely different" offense with Sanders than what they normally would run with Gabriel.

"Completely different." Glazer said, "Use plays that he's comfortable with."

Kevin Stefanski is going to use this completely different offense with Sanders in Week 12 against the Raiders. Las Vegas and the NFL have Sander's scouting report from the 2025 NFL Draft, and know the best way to impact his game is by getting pressure.

The Browns will not only need to limit pressure as much a possible, a difficult task going against Maxx Crosby, but they'll need to have a new-look offense as well.

There will be some clear differences, like any roll-out pass going to the right instead of the left due to the change from a left-handed Gabriel to a right-handed Sanders.

But some of the more under-the-radar changes might be changes in pass protection and check-down options with the goal of limiting the pressure Sanders is under in Week 12.

The Browns' defense should be able to stop the Raiders' offense, so Sanders could lead Cleveland to a win in his first start if he takes care of the ball, limits sacks, and hits the check-downs at his disposal.

It might not be the prettiest game, but if he can prove to be a game-manager, then his future in the NFL is a lot more certain than if he struggles, by taking a lot of sacks or turning the ball over, but hits a few nice passes throughout the game.

How the Browns' offense looks with Sanders as the starter will be very fascinating. Stefanski and the offense are planning to change things in a big way for Sanders, as the offense is going to be "completely different" than when Gabriel is the starter.
