The Cleveland Browns have been trying to bring in a new head coach this offseason after firing Kevin Stefanski, and it hasn't gone well.
While Stefanski quickly found a new home with the Atlanta Falcons, the Browns' search has hit some major snags. Jesse Minter took his name out of consideration for the Baltimore Ravens head coaching job, which stings but isn't too surprising.
Mike McDaniel also withdrew his name, this time for an offensive coordinator position. And recently, according to Mike Garafolo of NFL Network, the Browns are losing Grant Udinski to an OC job, as he's sticking with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Browns see 3rd HC candidate withdraw from search
"Jaguars OC Grant Ufinski is withdrawing from the Browns head-coaching search on the heels of agreeing to a new deal with Jacksonville, source says," Garafolo reports. "The Jags are allowing him to pursue the Bills' job, though he will be back with Liam Coen $ Co. If he doesn't land in Buffalo."
This report from Garafolo is bad for the Browns in two ways. For starters, Udinski was one of the top candidates left for the Browns this hiring cycle, and he's now headed elsewhere this offseason.
He's either going to be the Jaguars' offensive coordinator for another year, or he's going to land the Buffalo Bills head coaching job.

That second part, with the Bills' job still a possibility, is not a good look for the Browns. Udinski being open to the Bills job, but not the Browns, is an indictment of how he views the Browns.
Similar to McDaniel, Udinski would rather take a good offensive coordinator job than become the Browns' new head coach.
This search hasn't gone well, and this decision from Udinski is the latest coaching candidate to withdraw their name from the Browns head coaching job.
As the Browns work towards hiring a new head coach, a third coach is withdrawing their name from the running. It's not a good look, especially if the Browns cannot land one of their other top choices this offseason.
