The Cincinnati Bengals haven't had wide receiver Tee Higgins on the field for two of the last three games.

Higgins missed Week 13 due to a concussion, and then he suffered another in Week 14 that kept him out last week against the Baltimore Ravens.

Higgins practiced this week, turning in two limited sessions before closing out the week with a full practice and drawing the questionable tag for Week 16.

Here's the latest news on his chances of playing against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday afternoon.

Is Tee Higgins playing today?

Yes, Higgins is expected to suit up, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

"Bengals WR Tee Higgins, working to return from a concussion and listed as questionable, is likely to play on Sunday, source said," Rapoport reported on Saturday. "He was a full participant on Friday."

Higgins needed to log a full practice and get cleared by an independent neurologist before he could return to action. Rapoport adds that the Bengals took an extra step by sending Higgins to a second doctor to get cleared, so he's good to go.

You can double check to make sure Higgins is indeed active when the Bengals drop their list of inactives an hour and a half before the 1 p.m. ET kickoff on Sunday.

Tee Higgins start or sit advice

Higgins enters Week 16 ranked as WR15 overall in fantasy points per game, which makes him an every-week WR2 play.

The Dolphins have actually been pretty stingy against wide receivers in 2025, with Miami giving up the seventh-fewest fantasy points per game to the position.

However, there is nothing overly scary about this matchup against Miami and the Bengals wideout is just too good to keep on the bench.

Start him with confidence this week.
