The Cincinnati Bengals will welcome the Pittsburgh Steelers to Paycor Stadium on Thursday night to begin Week 7 of the NFL season.

There's some injuries on both sides, but none bigger than Bengals' star pass rusher Trey Hendrickson.

Hendrickson is officially listed as questionable for Thursday Night Football, but he's a "long shot" to play.

Trey Hendrickson 'long shot' vs. Steelers

NFL insider Ian Rapoport joined "Good Morning Football" on Thursday morning to give an injury update on Hendrickson and reveal his status for the Bengals and Steelers divisional matchup.

However, it's not the news Bengals' fans were hoping for.

"He [Hendrickson] is officially questionable with a hip injury. He was ruled out of the game with a back injury, now questionable with a hip injury," Rapoport said. "My understanding is that despite the fact that he is really pushing to play, he is considered a bit of a long shot.

"It's just a quick turnaround from Sunday to Thursday. I am not saying that he has no chance, but it's not a great chance. If you know Trey Hendrickson well, you know he is absolutely dying to be out on that field."

Hendrickson missed a large part of Week 6 against the Green Bay Packers after getting injured mid-game. Now, he could miss his first full-game of the season on Thursday night.

If Hendrickson can't go, the Bengals are in trouble. Cincinnati is already without star quarterback Joe Burrow, and if their star on the other side of the ball misses the game as well, few will have confidence in the Bengals to get the win.
