It's been a very impressive season for the Chicago Bears throughout the 2025-26 NFL campaign, but they might have one of their toughest task yet in Week 12 if Aaron Rodgers plays.
While the Bears have beaten better teams than the Steelers throughout the year, Rodgers historically owned the organization during his time with the Green Bay Packers.
The Packers were typically one of the better teams in the NFL when Rodgers was in Green Bay, and while he's a bit older now and might not be the same quarterback he once was, there are times when these things just keep happening.
Others don't expect that to be the case, or sound like they've dealt with too much of Rodgers beating up on the Bears and need to see it change, including WWE star Seth Rollins, who said that he isn't going to come out and speak next week about Rodgers owning the Bears any longer, and that this is the time to set the record straight and finally get a win against him.
Seth Rollins is tired of losing to Aaron Rodgers
"I swear, we’re not going to come out here next week having the same conversation about Aaron Rodgers owning the Chicago Bears," he said, per the league. "He’s going to be giving up his ownership."
“Every hero needs a good villain. Every babyface needs a good heel," Rollins said. "Aaron Rodgers is the perfect heel. The perfect foil for the babyfaces of 2025, the Chicago Bears. Now’s our time, Chicago. Rally up and take down this scumbag. Bear Down!"
Only time will tell if Rollins is right, but the Bears can't be too worried about the story lines in this game.
They're currently 7-3 and in first place in the NFC North, so every game will be a must-win from here on out.
