The Chicago Bears just kept ascending.

So much so that they've already clinched the NFC North Division title before even playing in Week 18, which is quite the feat.

There's still a bit more at stake in the regular season finale, though. The Bears will take on the Detroit Lions, who are already eliminated.

What do the Bears have to play for in Week 18?

The Chicago Bears will end up as either the No. 2 seed or No. 3 seed in the NFC.

With a win, the Bears clinch the 2-seed.

They also clinch the 2-seed if the Eagles lose to the Commanders.

As the No. 2 seed, the Bears would host the Packers in the first round of the playoffs.

As the No. 3 seed, Chicago would host either the Rams (with a loss Sunday) or the 49ers (if the Rams win Sunday).

How many passing yards does Caleb Williams need?

Caleb Williams enters Sunday with 3,730 passing yards this season.

He needs 270 passing yards for 4,000.

There has never been a Bears QB to throw for 4,000 yards. It'd be quite the feat.
