The Chicago Bears have performed a complete 180 this season from what their standard usually is. This all comes down to a new standard being put in place by Ben Johnson, as well as an influx of talented players with winning mindsets.

Chicago revamped their offensive line with proven winners and also added to skill players through the draft in Colston Loveland (Rd 1 Pk 10) and Kyle Monangai (Rd 7 Pk 233), who have both proven they're more than ready for the NFL stage.

This season saw quite a solid crop of rookie TEs drafted into the league. The trio of Colston Loveland in Chicago, Tyler Warren in Indianapolis, and Harold Fannin Jr in Cleveland should be set to carry the position well into the future.

To start the season, it was Tyler Warren who was setting himself as the clear leader of the bunch.

Since about Week 9, when he exploded onto the scene, you could make the argument that the leader in the clubhouse is now Loveland, and ESPN's recent power rankings see him as a key piece of this Bears team.

ESPN has Colston Loveland as Bears ROY

In Week 9, Loveland showed the Bears and the rest of the league that taking him with the 10th pick was no mistake. He finished the game with 118 yards and two TD catches, with one of them being a 58-yard game-winner in the closing moments.

ESPN's Courtney Cronin wrote that since then, he's gotten at least four targets in every single game, and the Bears have utilized 12 personnel (two TE formation) at one of the highest rates in the league.

While Kyle Monangai has been stellar this season, you have to give the Bears ROY to Loveland.

The Bears have one of the premier young TEs in the game now, and he's contributing in a big way to one of the best offenses in the league.
