For the early weeks of the season, Colston Loveland struggled to prove why the Chicago Bears made him the No. 10 overall pick, and the first tight end taken, in the 2025 NFL Draft.
He's not having trouble proving that any longer.
Loveland caught 8-of-15 targets for 137 yards during the Bears' wild come-from-behind win in the NFC Wild Card Round on Saturday night.
He was Caleb Williams' most-targeted player, by far, and had more than double the yardage of the next closest pass catcher on stat sheet.
In the process, he joined Rob Gronkowski in a club that had previously just belonged to Gronk.

Loveland is the second tight end in NFL history to have a playoff game with at least 10 targets and 130 yards at the age of 22 or younger, along with Gronkowski, according to Jacob Gibbs.

Loveland has been clutch in multiple big moments this season, including a wild game-winning touchdown during the regular season against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Many wondered why he was chosen over Tyler Warren in the draft, but Loveland of late has been special, too.
The Bears are still alive in large part thanks to his ability to make plays down the middle of the field, and they're hoping this is just the start of big things for their TE from Michigan.
