The Carolina Panthers had an unexpected addition to the injury report on Friday after rookie wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan popped up on it.

McMillan was added Friday due to a hamstring issue that head coach Dave Canales said happened in practice. McMillan was listed as limited afterwards and drew a questionable tag for Week 10.

While a late-week addition to the injury report is typically bad news for a player's status, it appears that won't be the case with McMillan.

Here's what we know about his chances of suiting up against the New Orleans Saints.

Is Tetairoa McMillan playing today?

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports that McMillan is indeed expected to play versus the Saints in Week 10.

"Panthers WR Tetairoa McMillan, who popped up on the injury report this week with a hamstring, is expected to play on Sunday, source said," Rapoport reported.

Tetairoa McMillan start or sit advice

In terms of fantasy points per game, McMillan ranks as WR35, which puts him on the flex radar on a weekly basis.

McMillan and the Panthers draw a matchup with a Saints defense giving up the 14th-most fantasy points per game to receivers, so this is a middle-of-the-road matchup.

With four teams on bye, this is a decent spot to start McMillan in. We'd consider him a solid flex play in Week 10.
