Ja'Tavion Sanders wants to make the Pro Bowl, and he wants the Carolina Panthers to win the Super Bowl.

Those are two goals he shared with reporters at OTAs on Tuesday.

The rising star tight end had to make a key sacrifice to put himself in best position to do so.

“Last year I was definitely one of those dudes. Definitely give me a little Domino’s Pizza or whatever,” Sanders said. “But now if I’m hungry at 11 o’clock at night, I open up one of them meal prep containers.”

No more late-night pizza is a tough call, but a necessary one for Sanders to reach his potential.

Sanders said he has dropped 10 pounds.

“J.T. heard that message, took it seriously and he really came back in such great shape,” Panthers coach Dave Canales said. “I’m proud of him for taking those steps. And it makes me feel confident about him going into the summer, having a plan for his prep and looking for a big year out of him.”

Sanders was a fourth-round pick in 2024.

He had 33 catches for 342 yards as a rookie.

Sanders, at 6-foot-4, is an impressive athlete and a great weapon for the on-the-rise QB Bryce Young.

And with no more midnight pizza on the docket, Sanders is ready to do big things.
