Say what you will about the Carolina Panthers (and you might want to say some good things after a huge win Sunday over the Los Angeles Rams).
But whatever you've got to say, something is becoming clear: They know how to make a trade of a wide receiver.
Three deals in a row, the Panthers have sent away a wideout, and they've appeared to win the trade.
The third of these was confirmed Monday, when the Vikings waived Adam Thielen after the Panthers had traded him to Minnesota before the season. Thielen had just eight catches in 11 games before the Vikings cut ties.

The three trades that qualify for this point under GM Dan Morgan:
- Diontae Johnson and a 6th to the Ravens for a 5th
- Jonathan Mingo to the Cowboys for a 4th
- Adam Thielen, a 5th and a 7th to the Vikings for a 4th and a 5th
Yeah, those have all worked out just fine. Truly no regrets for Carolina.

The Johnson and Thielen moves were similar. The Panthers had both of those veterans in their building and likely knew they wouldn't be missing out on much.
Mingo was a younger, talented player who hadn't panned out yet. From the outside, that was an intriguing acquisition for Dallas. But again, the Panthers must've recognized that what they were giving up wasn't a big deal.
It's certainly a good recent track record for Carolina.
