Jaycee Horn injury update: Latest news on Panthers CB's status in Week 12 game image

The Carolina Panthers have an injury concern with cornerback Jaycee Horn in the second half of the Week 12 game against the San Francisco 49ers.

It appears that Horn suffered his injury in the second quarter of the contest. He is now being evaluated for a concussion, but it isn't clear on what play he got hurt.

Prior to his exit, Horn was having a huge night with two interceptions of Niners quarterback Brock Purdy in the first half.

UPDATE: Horn has been ruled out for the rest of the game, per the ESPN broadcast.

As previously mentioned, Horn is being evaluated for a concussion. The ESPN broadcast revealed he has not come out of the locker room in the second half.
