The Buffalo Bills are in danger of not having tight end Dalton Kincaid for the Week 11 game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Kincaid suffered a hamstring injury in the Week 10 loss to the Miami Dolphins that forced his early exit from the contest. Prior to leaving, Kincaid caught two balls for 37 yards.
It goes without saying that losing Kincaid for any period of time would be a tough blow, as he's arguably the team's best pass-catcher after entering Week 10 with the most receiving yards on the team.
Here's what we know about Kincaid's chances of playing in Week 11.
Will Dalton Kincaid play in Week 11?
We can't say for sure, but it isn't looking good for the veteran tight end.
According to NFL insider Jordan Schultz, Kincaid is considered week-to-week with his hamstring injury, so there is a real chance he doesn't play on Sunday, and this update also opens the door for him to miss multiple games.
"Sources: Bills TE Dalton Kincaid is considered week-to-week with a hamstring injury suffered Sunday vs the Dolphins," Schultz reported.
The next update we'll get on Kincaid will come on Wednesday, when the Bills drop their first injury report of the week. Any semblance of practice participation would amount to great news considering Schultz's report.
If Kincaid can't go, tight ends Dawson Knox and Jackson Hawes will both get a bump, although Knox will be the one operating as the No. 1 tight end.
