The Buffalo Bills will look a lot different in 2026, both on the field and on the sideline. Buffalo fired head coach Sean McDermott after nine seasons and eight playoff wins due to continually falling short and failing to make it to a Super Bowl in eight seasons with Josh Allen.

Additionally, the Bills will all but certainly have to rebuild their entire coaching staff, with one coach already gone and needing replaced. Special teams coach Chris Tabor has decided to take the same job with the Miami Dolphins.

"Dolphins are hiring former Bills special teams coordinator Chris Tabor as their special teams coordinator," Adam Schefter reports. "An in-division move."

While the Bills haven't yet hired a new head coach, Tabor would have been an easy name for whomever the new head coach is to retain. Instead, he goes to an AFC East division rival.

The Bills have hit the ground running with their head coaching search, as they've been connected to multiple top names, including Mike McDaniel, Lou Anarumo, Antony Weaver, and Brian Daboll.
