Is Khalil Shakir playing today?
Yes, Shakir is active, healthy and on the field for the Bills on Sunday.
He just hasn't been thrown to in more than a quarter.
The Bills are having such success running the football that the passing game hasn't been particularly active.
That may remain true. The Bills are trying to run to help neutralize Myles Garrett's impact as a pass rusher.
Shakir should get some action sooner rather than later, but it hasn't happened yet.
