Last weekend, the news came out of nowhere.
Buffalo Bills second-year WR Keon Coleman would be a healthy scratch for the Sunday matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It didn't quite seem real until it really did indeed come in the inactives report that Coleman wouldn't play.
Coleman apparently was late to a team meeting the Friday before the game, and it wasn't the first time he'd been benched, although this was the first team punishment that lasted a full game.
Now, the Bills have a quick turnaround to Thursday Night Football against the Houston Texans, and with it, a decision to make.
Will Coleman be back for Week 12? It wasn't really clear for most of the week what the Bills planned to do.

Is Keon Coleman playing tonight?
The answer, based on early reporting, appears to be that no, Coleman will not play Thursday night.
Cover 1 reported the Coleman news for Week 11, and late Wednesday, Cover 1 reported again that Coleman would sit for Week 12.
It's a terrible look for Coleman and a tough time for the Bills.
They put up 44 points without Coleman, so this is more about figuring out what to do with a former second-round pick than actually needing him right now.
Mecole Hardman and Curtis Samuel are also supposed to be out.
The active WRs if Coleman indeed sits should be Khalil Shakir, Gabe Davis, Joshua Palmer, Tyrell Shavers and Elijah Moore.
