When the Buffalo Bills sign wide receiver Joshua Palmer in free agency, he was expected to play a key role in the team's passing attack.

However, Palmer has been a major disappointment, as not only has he dealt with injury but he has also not been very effective when on the field. In seven games, Palmer has reeled in just 25 passes for 251 yards and no touchdowns.

Knowing that, it's not really a surprise that Palmer is off to a slow start in Week 12 against the Houston Texans. Let's break it down.

Is Joshua Palmer playing tonight?

Yes, Palmer is active and playing, he just hasn't recorded a reception yet. He did, however, receive one target on the opening series but couldn't bring it in.

We'd like to say Palmer is going to get going soon, but after what we've seen over the first 11 weeks of the season, that's not something we'd bet on.
