The Buffalo Bills will be undergoing a lot of changes this offseason. Not only will they need to make big additions to both sides of the ball, they will have a new head coach on the sideline in 2026 after firing Sean McDermott.

Owner Terry Pegula and general manager/president of football operations Brandon Beane held their end of year press conference on Wednesday. Amongst several other things that were asked-and-answered, Beane mentioned that Josh Allen may need surgery to repair a foot injury.

"Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen might need to undergo right foot surgery, but general manager and president of football operations Brandon Beane cautioned Wednesday that a procedure would not affect Allen's availability for organized team activities in the offseason," Adam Schefter reports

"Allen initially hurt the foot in a Week 16 victory over the Cleveland Browns. The soreness lingered for weeks afterward, and Allen developed issues with his left knee and right finger in Buffalo's wild-card win over the Jacksonville Jaguars."

Allen finished the year with 39 total touchdowns, breaking a streak of five consecutive seasons of 40+ touchdowns, which is an NFL record. Allen has started 127 consecutive regular season games, and 140 including playoffs.
