UPDATE: Williams is dealing with a neck injury and is out for the game. The Bills linebacker was taken to the hospital via ambulance for further evaluation, but Williams is up and walking around, so he appears to be OK.

UPDATE: Williams has emerged from the tent and is now getting onto a cart and going back to the locker room.

Still no update from the team, but that's a bad sign for his chances of returning.

END OF UPDATE

Williams was able to walk off under his own power and is now going into the medical tent.
