Dallas Cowboys star pass rusher Micah Parsons has requested a trade out of Dallas in a post on X. Immediately, Buffalo Bills fans became interested and wondered what it would take to get Parsons. With that said, these are a few trade proposals that Buffalo could explore to try and land the All-World pass-rusher.
Trade 1
- Cowboys get: 2026 first-round pick, 2026 third-round pick, 2026 fifth-round pick, 2027 first-round pick, 2027 second-round pick, DE A.J. Epenesa
- Bills get: EDGE Micah Parsons, 2026 sixth-round pick, 2027 fifth-round pick
The Cowboys lost DeMarcus Lawrence in free agency and need another piece on the defensive line. Epenesa is in the final year of his deal and has an uncertain immediate future in terms of where he falls in the pecking order for Buffalo.
Trade 2
- Cowboys get: 2026 first-round pick, 2026 fourth-round pick, 2027 second-round pick, RB James Cook
- Bills get: EDGE Micah Parsons
Cook didn't receive a contract extension from the Bills this offseason and is set to be a free agent in 2026. The Cowboys have long-needed a game-changing running back , and Buffalo still has Ty Johnson and Ray Davis to rely upon in the backfield.
Whatever the Bills can do, outside of trading Josh Allen, should all be considered.
