The Buffalo Bills are coming off one of the most memorable wins in franchise history, overcoming a 15-point fourth-quarter deficit against the Baltimore Ravens to win 41-40. Now entering Week 2, it's evident they didn't come out of Week 1 unscathed.
According to head coach Sean McDermott, cornerback Taron Johnson and linebacker Shaq Thompson won't be practicing on Wednesday.
"Bills HC Sean McDermott said NCB Taron Johnson (quad) and LB Shaq Thompson (hamstring) will not practice Wednesday," Joe Buscaglia reports. "CB Tre'Davious White will practice on Wednesday. First time since the final practice of the preseason."
Should Johnson not be able to go, Cam Lewis and Ja'Marcus Ingram will be leaned on to carry the load in the slot. Ingram did well in that role last season, picking off Tua Tagovailoa twice in the team's Week 2 contest against the Miami Dolphins and returning one for a touchdown.
