The Buffalo Bills defeated the Baltimore Ravens in one of the most exciting games in the history of Sunday Night Football, overcoming a 15-point fourth-quarter deficit to defeat Baltimore with a last-second field goal. And while the comeback is rightfully the story of the game, and the NFL Sunday slate, there was another headline that came from this game.
A Bills fan got physical with both DeAndre Hopkins and Lamar Jackson after the former caught a one-handed touchdown. The Ravens were celebrating in the end zone when the fan shoved both Hopkins and Jackson, which caused Jackson to shove the fan back. Now, that fan has been given a massive punishment.
"The fan who shoved Ravens WR DeAndre Hopkins, and then got shoved by QB Lamar Jackson, has been 'indefinitely banned from Bills and NFL stadiums', per a team official," Adam Schefter reports. "The fan had been ejected after the shove Sunday night."
The message the league sends here is clear - don't get physical with the players.
