The Buffalo Bills are getting things in order.
After firing head coach Sean McDermott, Buffalo is seeking out a new leader of its football team.
Brandon Beane is leading the search after his promotion to president of football operations, and as of Wednesday morning, the Bills have six names lined up to interview.
These were the six reported by NFL Network's Ian Rapoport:
- Joe Brady
- Brian Daboll
- Anthony Lynn
- Anthony Weaver
- Grant Udinski
- Lou Anarumo

Brady is the Bills' current offensive coordinator and has interviewed for head-coaching spots with three other teams already this offseason.
Daboll was the Bills' offensive coordinator before leaving to be the head coach of the New York Giants. He was dismissed by the Giants midway through the 2025 season.
Lynn is the running backs coach of the Commanders and was a finalist for the Bills' job in 2017 when McDermott got it.
Weaver has been the defensive coordinator for the Miami Dolphins.

Udinski is the most fascinating name on the list. He's just 30 years old and was the Jacksonville Jaguars' offensive coordinator in 2025. He's lined up for a second interview with the Browns for their head-coaching spot.
Anarumo is the Colts' defensive coordinator and a well-respected defensive mind.
There will likely be more names to come, too, but these are the early reports on Wednesday morning.
