The Buffalo Bills' passing attack has come under heavy criticism in the wake of the loss to the Miami Dolphins, with the inability to push the ball down the field glaring.

But fear not Bills Mafia, help could soon be on the way.

Receiver Joshua Palmer, who has been out for the past couple of weeks, was a full participant in practice on Wednesday, as his big-play ability is something that the Bills desperately need.

And Allen knows the value of having Palmer on the field.

“He adds a lot of juice to what we got going on,” Allen said. “Very crisp route runner, and any time we can get him involved in the offense, it's going to be a good thing for us. So, hopefully he progresses well this week and we can get him back out in the field making plays for us.”

Is Palmer really the easy fix?

In truth, we know that one player won't make the biggest difference, but in Palmer's case, he will make a decent bit of difference for Buffalo.

Why? Well, the Bills have struggled to get big chunk plays since Palmer has been out, and he's averaging a crisp 16.7 yards per reception. So, he's a big chain mover.

Buffalo has sorely missed that over the past couple of games.

With Palmer (hopefully) suiting up against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, his downfield threat should help open up things underneath for Khalil Shakir, give more favorable matchups for Keon Coleman, and help James Cook see lighter boxes.

No, one player won't change the entire fortunes around, but in Palmer's case, he'll bring a lot of good things to a Bills offense that desperately needs it.
