The Buffalo Bills' wide receivers room is even more short-handed after the injury to Gabe Davis.

Davis suffered a knee injury in the wild-card win over the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday, and head coach Sean McDermott revealed that Davis has suffered a torn ACL, which will end his season.

"Bills HC Sean McDermott told reporters that WR Gabe Davis suffered a torn ACL vs. The Jaguars," ESPN's Adam Schefter relayed.

But McDermott also opened the door for the Bills to get a reinforcement at the position, as the team is opening the practice window for Curtis Samuel.

"The Bills are opening the practice windows of WR Curtis Samuel and DT Ed Oliver from injured reserve, per McDermott," ESPN's Alaina Getzenberg reported.

Samuel has been a massive disappointment since joining the Bills in 2024, and he has appeared in just six games this season due to injury.

However, we've seen Samuel be clutch in the playoffs before, as he tallied six catches for 81 yards and two touchdowns last postseason.

All that said, Samuel isn't a lock to play, as the Bills have to activate him first and he might need more time given the fact that he hasn't played since November.

We'll have a better idea of where Samuel stands on Tuesday, when the Bills drop their first injury report of the week.
