When the Buffalo Bills take the field for their playoff game against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday, they are expected to have tight end Dalton Kincaid.

Kincaid has been battling injuries all season long, with the most recent being a knee issue that prevented him from playing in Week 17 before he returned in Week 18.

This week, Kincaid has been a limited participant in practice on Wednesday and Thursday, which has left his status at least somewhat up in the air.

But, on Friday, Bills head coach Sean McDermott revealed that Kincaid is likely to be removed from the injury report entirely.

"TE Dalton Kincaid (knee) is expected not to have a designation depending on practice today," ESPN's Alaina Getzenberg reported during McDermott's usual appearance on WGR550.

This is massive news for the Bills, as Kincaid is one of the team's best pass-catchers, along with Khalil Shakir.

Outside of those two, Buffalo is lacking reliable targets, as other players have simply failed to step up, including Keon Coleman.

Before being limited by injuries, Kincaid was on pace to post career-best production by a wide margin in 2025.

He still managed to tally 571 receiving yards in 12 games, which was just 102 shy of his high mark of 673 in 2023, which he achieved in 16 games.
