Joey Bosa hasn't been in Buffalo long.
But the 10-year NFL veteran has already discovered what makes the Bills different than the rest of the league.
Bosa summed up Buffalo's culture in one sentence to reporters this week:
"I hung out more with teammates in Buffalo in the 6 weeks I was here than probably my entire career."
Maybe this is a knock on the Chargers' setup more than anything else, since that's the only organization Bosa has been with before the Bills.
But really, it's something that has been echoed by players time and time again.
"We hear a lot about the bond that exists between players in Buffalo and how it's different than most places," writes Bills reporter Joe Marino. "Bosa saying that entering his 10th season is eye opening."

Hopefully for the Bills, the positive culture can somehow positively impact Bosa's health. The star pass rusher has missed a lot of time in recent years with injuries.
Buffalo won't need Bosa to play every snap, because there's a lot of defensive end depth on the Bills.
But when they need him, it sounds like Bosa will gladly go to work for his new teammates.
