Bills get concerning injury updates for James Cook, Dawson Knox, Taron Johnson and Gregory Rousseau image

A few days after an epic victory, the Buffalo Bills are a little bit beat up.

Their injury report for Week 2 against the New York Jets was released for the first time on Wednesday, and it's very full.

The biggest name was running back James Cook. He was limited in practice with a hamstring injury. That comes after Cook played 48 snaps against the Ravens, running 13 times for 44 yards and a TD while grabbing five passes for 58 yards.

Offensive stalwart Dawson Knox was also limited in practice as a new addition to the report, dealing with a hip injury.

Another star, defensive end Greg Rousseau, was limited with a knee injury.

Even more concerning was the status for nickelback star Taron Johnson. He did not participate at all in Wednesday's practice due to a quad injury.

Linebacker Shaq Thompson also was a DNP with two injuries listed, a hamstring and a hand.

The Bills also got limited practices from return man Brandon Codrington (knee) and cornerback Tre'Davious White (groin). It's good news for White, potentially, after he had to sit out Week 1.

Buffalo also listed Christian Benford (groin) and Keon Coleman (groin) on the injury report, but both participated fully.

The Bills will try to follow up their 41-40 win over Baltimore when they're back on the field 1 p.m. Sunday against the Jets. They'll hopefully be a little more healthy than Wednesday's report potentially indicates.
