The Buffalo Bills kept the pressure on the New England Patriots with a gritty 23-20 win over the Cleveland Browns to move to 11-4.

It wasn't pretty, and in truth, it shouldn't have been that close, as Josh Allen only had 19 pass attempts (completed 12 of them for 130 yards), and James Cook rushed for over 100 yards (again) from his 16 carries.

But at this time of the year, the wins are all that matter. It doesn't matter how you get them, as long as you do.

And Allen has a similar thought.

“We feel like we're in playoff mode now is just find a way to win a football game," Allen said. "It wasn't obviously the prettiest way we can win. Got some stuff to clean up, but we'll take a victory.”

Bills hot on Patriots' heels

With the Patriots in action on Sunday night on the road against the Baltimore Ravens, Mike Vrabel's team now knows that if they can't come away with a win, things get interesting in the AFC East.

It would be tied for first in the division with the Bills with just two games left.

That isn't what the Patriots want.

But this Bills team isn't giving up the division without a fight, and now the Patriots, perhaps for the first time in a couple of months, are under real pressure.

Buffalo isn't going down without a fight, folks.
