Yet another Buffalo Bills wide receiver has suffered a torn ACL.

Bills head coach Sean McDermott revealed on Tuesday that wide receiver Tyrell Shavers sustained the injury in the wild-card win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

McDermott also noted that Shavers played an entire half of football with the injury, which is the embodiment of toughness.

"He embodies what we're all about," McDermott said of Shavers.

Shavers wasn't the only Bills wideout to suffer a torn ACL in the win over the Jags, as fellow wide receiver Gabe Davis also came down with the injury.

This is obviously terrible news for the Bills, who are now even more short-handed at wide receiver.

With Shavers and Davis down, the Bills have just three healthy receivers on their active roster, including Khalil Shakir, Keon Coleman and Brandin Cooks.

Buffalo also has Kristian Wilkerson, Mecole Hardman and Stephen Gosnell on the practice squad, and Curtis Samuel was designated to return from injured reserve on Monday, so it's possible he could get back for the divisional-round game.

The Bills will return to playoff action on Saturday, when they take on the Denver Broncos at Empower Field at Mile High at 4:30 p.m. ET.
