The Baltimore Ravens are expected to have Tyler Huntley under center when they take on the Green Bay Packers on Saturday in Week 17.
Lamar Jackson left the team's Week 16 loss to the New England Patriots in the second quarter due to a back injury, and after not practicing all week, Jackson is listed as doubtful for Saturday night's contest in Green Bay.
In relief for Jackson last week, Huntley completed nine of ten passes for 65 yards. The veteran signal-caller is set to make the 16th start of his career in Week 17, but is he a viable option to start in your fantasy football lineup? Let's take a look.
Tyler Huntley start or sit
Huntley isn't a player worth rostering on your team, unless he is put in a starting position and you need a quarterback. However, the Utah product does present some upside due to his dual-threat ability.
Though Huntley's rushing capabilities do make him an intriguing fantasy option, he doesn't have a great matchup in Week 17. The Packers are allowing the 11th fewest points per game to quarterbacks in 2025 (15.51), and the 10th fewest passing yards per game at 197.8.
Additionally, playing on the road in Green Bay in December also isn't ideal for Huntley, who doesn't have a ton of starting experience. Unless you are in desperate need of a quarterback, Huntley should stay far away from your lineup this week.
Verdict: Sit
