You could make the case that the Baltimore Ravens' Week 16 home game against the New England Patriots is the biggest of the season.

Why? Because a loss would nearly be the end of Baltimore's playoff chances via the AFC North, especially if the Pittsburgh Steelers win.

Given that Pittsburgh has to tackle the Detroit Lions, it is all on the line for the Ravens to put all the pressure on the Steelers by beating the Patriots.

But tight end Mark Andrews isn't looking too far ahead; he's focused on Sunday.

“We're trying to take it week by week,” Andrews said. “Obviously, a very important game and we're not overlooking that aspect.”

Ravens hoping for offensive explosion vs. Pats

The 24-0 win over the Cincinnati Bengals was perhaps one of the best games from the Ravens this season.

The defense pitched a shutout, but the offense was efficient, with Lamar Jackson making only 12 pass attempts (completing 8), so more of that against New England will be just what the doctor ordered.

But can the Ravens carry over last week's performance and bring it against New England?

I think so," Andrews added. "We're going to continue to build on what this team could do, being efficient, playing great football, all those good things. At the end of the day, just keep on fighting, keep on working hard."

Baltimore has a chance to establish its AFC credentials on Sunday and slay a team many think can not only reach the Super Bowl, but win it.

Can John Harbaugh's team do it? There's no shortage of confidence.
