The Baltimore Ravens vs. Buffalo Bills game featured drama off the field before the Bills' comeback. During a touchdown celebration, a fan slapped Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson's helmet. Jackson addressed the incident earlier this week and spoke again on Wednesday.

In his latest comments, he apologized again to the fan and delivered a stern message to all spectators. He wants everyone to refrain from such behavior.

Jackson said he had a discussion with team leadership about the event but stressed that everyone has seen what happened. " I didn't try to, you know, it just happened," he said, according to Ravens Vault's Sarah Ellison. "I got pushed, and I thought I was outside. I wasn’t even thinking about being out there on the field."

He offered an apology to the fan, though he made it clear the fan should keep his hands to himself in the future. "My apologies to him. Just chill next time. You can talk trash and stuff, but keep your hands to yourself, man. That's all I can say."

Jackson also addressed a separate moment when it appeared a bottle or can was thrown near running back Derrick Henry during a touchdown run.

"That's crazy. Stuff like that shouldn't be happening. It's not WWE. We're playing football out here," Jackson said. "I've never seen any of our fans do that to an opposing team. Just keep it football. Talk trash. The opposing team is going to talk trash. Keep it that way, but keep your hands and objects to yourself."

There was speculation that Lamar Jackson might face disciplinary action after shoving the fan. However, he will not be penalized.

The NFL has taken decisive action against the fan, who has been indefinitely banned from all NFL stadiums for violating league rules.
