Ravens' Lamar Jackson makes hilarious announcement about new jersey number image

Lamar Jackson has said he wants to wear the No. 1 if the Ravens win a Super Bowl.

His Ravens teammate, Isaiah Likely, recently said he'd gladly slide into Jackson's No. 8 in that scenario.

Baltimore's superstar quarterback pushed back on that idea in a hurry.

Jackson did it with one of the funniest Instagram Story posts you could imagine.

He shouted out the people who throw shoes up on powerlines, and said that's where he wants Likely to throw his idea.

Jackson did also say when he shared his goal to become No. 1 that he wanted both of his numbers to wind up retired with the Ravens.

This aligns with that thinking, that he would want No. 8 out of commission after he steps out of it.

It's all irrelevant until the Ravens find a way to win a Super Bowl. That's the next task on Jackson's list, for sure.
