The Baltimore Ravens enter Week 14 at 6-6 and will play a de facto playoff game against their arch-rival Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday. With the Steelers also sitting at 6-6, the loser will fall below.500 and see their postseason hopes all but disappear - which is why the latest update from Baltimore is troubling.
Quarterback Lamar Jackson was limited in practice on Wednesday. This has become customary since he returned from his hamstring injury. However, Jackson was then downgraded on Thursday, not practicing at all.
There is now a real concern that Jackson could miss Sunday's game against the Steelers. Considering the ramifications of the game, having to rely on Snoop Huntley to remain in the playoff hunt would be the cherry on top of a poor-season sundae.
Huntley is 1-3 in his career against the Steelers, the lone win coming in 2022 in a game in which he left due to injury and Anthony Brown finished out the 16-14 win. The Ravens are 3-7 in their last 10 games against Pittsburgh, but have won the last two, including the playoff win this past season.
