Pat McAfee asks if it's 'Harb-over' for John Harbaugh as Baltimore Ravens head coach image

By many measures, the Baltimore Ravens entered the 2025 NFL season as the favorites to win the Super Bowl.

With two weeks to go in the regular season, they're in dire straits and are lined up to miss the playoffs.

It's the kind of year that can result in lots and lots of changes for a franchise, with some even wondering about head coach John Harbaugh's future.

Harbaugh has been a great leader for the Ravens and made them into one of the league's most consistent teams. This year hasn't fit the mold.

On his show on Monday, Pat McAfee wondered this: "Is it Harb-over in Baltimore?"

It's a question at least worth asking.

The Ravens are 7-8 and can only make the playoffs with two wins in their final two games and a little help, too.

Harbaugh hasn't been helped by an injury-plagued season for superstar quarterback Lamar Jackson, who still doesn't look like himself out there.

At the same time, Harbaugh and his coaching staff haven't helped their own cause. On Sunday night, Derrick Henry didn't touch the ball on the last two drives in a close game. That can't happen.

They also may have hurt their cause by counting on Cooper Rush as the temporary starter the first time Jackson was hurt this season. Maybe they get a win in one of those games if Tyler Huntley starts instead of Rush.

There are two games left for the Ravens to try and change the narrative. Even if they lose, Harbaugh probably isn't gone.

But his job security has lightened considerably with the way this season has gone.
