The Baltimore Ravens have fired head coach John Harbaugh after 18 seasons. He was the second-longest tenured head coach in the NFL behind Mike Tomlin of the Pittsburgh Steelers
Brian Flores, Minnesota Vikings
Flores has turned the Minnesota Vikings defense into one of the league's best. Despite the talent the Ravens have on that side of the ball, they have largely been one of the league's worst over the last two years. While they turned things around in the second half of both 2024 and 2025, they've started each of the last two seasons very cold on defense, which cost them multiple games. Flores would bring his blitz-heavy scheme, as well as likely bringing over multiple Kevin O'Connell offensive assistants.
Kevin Stefanski
The former Cleveland Browns head coach being paired with Lamar Jackson could make the Ravens' offense better. They've gotten away from running the ball at key moments in big games, something that likely wouldn't happen with Stefanski running the show. Plus, if he can bring Jim Schwartz with him, that defense would take a big leap, as well.
Jesse Minter, Los Angeles Chargers
The Ravens could pluck an up-and-coming assistant from the Harbaugh tree - Jim Harbaugh, that is - and hire Chargers defensive coordinator Jesse Minter. The Chargers have been one of the best defenses in football over the last two seasons. Perhaps he could bring Shane Day, who is in his second stint as a Chargers offensive coach, to be his OC in Baltimore.
Kliff Kingsbury
The former Washington Commanders offensive coordinator is reportedly garnering interest as both an OC and a head coach. In 2024, he turned the Washington Commanders into one of the best offenses in the NFL, along with star dual-threat Jayden Daniels. Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry could thrive an a Kingsbury RPO offense.
