After it seemed like his career was heading for bust status, Atlanta Falcons tight end Kyle Pitts is having a resurgent season.
Pitts has 382 yards entering Week 10 and is on pace to have the second-best season of his career since he tallied 1,026 yards in his rookie campaign in 2021.
As important as Pitts has been to the passing attack this season, he is off to a slow start in Week 10 against the Indianapolis Colts.
Here's a closer look at what's going on.
Is Kyle Pitts playing today?
UPDATE: Pitts is on the board with his first catch of the game on the first series of the second half.
UPDATE: Michael Penix Jr. Connected with a tight end on Atlanta's fifth drive, but it wasn't Pitts, unfortunately. The drive ended with a touchdown.
UPDATE: The Falcons' offense continues to struggle and that's not doing Pitts any favors. Atlanta went three-and-out on its fourth series of the game. Pitts remains stuck on one target and no catches.
UPDATE: The Falcons moved the chains once on their third series, but the drive lasted just six plays before a punt. Pitts was not targeted during the series.
Yes, Pitts is active and on the field, and he even received a target on the Falcons' first drive, he just couldn't connect with quarterback Michael Penix Jr.
We'll see if drive No. 3 is the one that gets Pitts going.
