Is Drake London playing today? Latest injury update on Falcons WR for Week 18 image

As has been the case every week since his return from injury, Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Drake London is questionable to play in the Week 18 contest versus the New Orleans Saints.

London has been on the injury report for several weeks with a knee injury. After missing four games with a PCL issue, London returned in Week 16 and has overcome the questionable tag in each of the last two weeks.

This week, London practiced on a limited basis all three days once again before being given the questionable tag for Sunday's game.

Here's what we know about his chances of suiting up.

While nothing has been confirmed, London is expected to suit up in the season finale against the Saints on Sunday.

That's because head coach Raheem Morris said during the week that he was optimistic about London's chances of playing.

"Still, head coach Raheem Morris expressed optimism that the trio would be available for the Falcons this Sunday despite their questionable status," Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official website reported.

London and the Falcons have a chance to throw a wrench in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' prospects of a division title.

With a win, the Falcons would create a three-way tie for first place in the NFC South, which would award the division to the Carolina Panthers.

If the Falcons lose or tie, the Buccaneers would secure the division crown.
