The Oregon Ducks went into Happy Valley on Saturday night and beat the Penn State Nittany Lions in a 30-24 overtime thriller.
The Ducks improved to 5-0 on the young season and moved up to No. 2 in the AP Top 25 rankings, and no one enjoyed it more than Indianapolis Colts' defensive lineman DeForest Buckner.
Buckner is in his 10th year in the NFL after being drafted seventh overall in the 2016 NFL Draft out of Oregon. The former Duck made sure put some punishments on the line with any Nittany Lions on the Colts ahead of the big matchup last Saturday.
Buckner Wins Bets With Warren, Conti
Colts' rookie tight end Tyler Warren and Vice President of communications Matt Conti were the on the losing end of Buckner's bets this past weekend and had to face their punishment this week.
At the Colts' Wednesday media availability, Warren showed up in an Oregon Ducks hat and T-shirt, with Buckner videoing the whole thing.
"Yeah, lost a bet, and uh, here we are," Warren said. "Not too bad, just the media sessions."
Tyler Warren is a man of his word. The Penn State product lost a bet to former Oregon Duck DeForest Buckner and had to do his media session with an Oregon hat and T-shirt.

"You look good. You should've been a Duck," Buckner added in the background.
Warren played five years at Penn State, and led the Big Ten in receptions in 2024 before he was drafted in the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft.
Then on Thursday, as Buckner spoke with reporters, Conti, who graduated from Penn State, showed up in the Duck's mascot costume, and even general manager Chris Ballard got a kick out of it.

However, the Colts weren't the only team who had players facing punishment for the Nittany Lions' loss. Giants' defensive end Abdul Carter showed up to speak to the media in an Oregon Ducks hoodie because he lost a bet with Kayvon Thibodeaux.

Carter was the third overall pick in this year's draft out of Penn State and Thibodeaux was the fifth overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft out of Oregon.
The Nittany Lions rookies supported their team this past weekend, but Penn State couldn't come through for them, and they had to face the punishment of showing up in Oregon clothing this week.
