'They can't do s-': Bill Belichick and Jordon Hudson rip NFL Films crew in newly-surfaced videos image

Newly released behind-the-scenes footage has shed light on the unusual professional dynamic between former NFL coach Bill Belichick and his 24-year-old girlfriend Jordon Hudson.

The clips obtained by the “Pablo Torre Finds Out” podcast are from NFL Films and show Hudson directing conversations around production decisions and questioning graphic layouts. Belichick was on set with Matt Patricia in 2024. The interactions mark a rare glimpse into what the 73-year-old coach has described as a “personal and professional” relationship.

In the footage, Hudson can be seen weighing in on graphics used in the show, expressing skepticism over the quality of the production staff’s work.

“I don’t know how they have four full-time graphics people,” Hudson said in one exchange.

“They can’t do s—,” Belichick responded.

“Right?” she replied, as the couple appeared unaware they were still being recorded.

Hudson previously made headlines when she interrupted Belichick’s “CBS Sunday Morning” interview to block a question about their relationship. Belichick later stated she was “simply doing her job” to keep the interview focused on the content of his book, released earlier this year.

Torre noted that the interaction reflects what sources say is a common dynamic when dealing with Belichick’s media operation, dubbed “Belichick Productions.” He likened Hudson’s on-set role to her involvement across other ventures, including efforts to file trademarks related to the New England Patriots, most of which were recently denied.

“What she is showing us inadvertently is, I am told, not dissimilar from what it’s like at Carolina right now,” Torre said. “It’s kind of a consistent pattern.”

Belichick’s tenure at UNC has been anything but smooth. After being snubbed for NFL jobs following his 2023 departure from the Patriots, Belichick accepted a fully guaranteed three-year, $30 million deal to coach the Tar Heels. However, North Carolina’s 2-3 start to the season has drawn heavy criticism, especially after the 38-10 loss to Clemson.

Reports have surfaced of locker room dysfunction and NCAA violations, including the suspension of an assistant coach for providing impermissible benefits. WRAL News detailed further cultural issues this week, saying Belichick has divided the locker room.

North Carolina plays Cal on Friday night in another nationally televised affair on ESPN. This could mark a critical turning point for what’s become a chaotic experiment in Chapel Hill.
