Archer had recently flipped his commitment from UCF to Utah, but that was before the Razorbacks hired Ryan Silverfield to be their new head coach.
Could they flip Archer?

It's a massive recruiting win for the Utes, getting a quarterback who could've stayed home to play at his in-state SEC school to instead come to Utah.
The program rise for Utah has been impressive, and with victories on the recruiting trail like this one, the Utes can stay relevant for years to come.
