Full Swarm in Atlanta: Georgia Tech expects sell out crowd for ACC finale image

Bobby Dodd Stadium is expected to be at full capacity this Saturday when No. 16 Georgia Tech hosts The Pittsburgh Panthers.

The Yellow Jackets have sold out yet another home game at 9-1 and atop the ACC standings coming into Week 13 of the season.

Head coach Brent Key has spent the past two decades proving his leadership as he climbed the coaching ranks. As a former player for the Jackets in the late 90’s, Key has shown unwavering dedication by helping reestablish the program’s dominance within the conference.

Now, sixth-year senior quarterback Haynes King has produced Heisman worthy numbers this season with 10 passing touchdowns and 14 touchdowns on the ground. Key stated that his quarterback is the "epitome of what a team is rooted in," and is a player who brings the "most value" to the Jackets. Key also stated that it would be a "shame if he's not in New York" for the Heisman Trophy ceremony this December.

With King leading the offense, the Jackets look to junior linebacker Kyle Efford as a leader on defense. Efford, an experienced vocal leader of the defensive unit, credited their success to the group’s ability to consistently maintain the right mindset.

With the regular season coming to an end, the Jackets hope to add ACC champions to their belt in December while also planning to land a spot in the College Football Playoffs.
